| Writer's Block: Firsts |

My subject titles don't always have anything to do with the subject matter. I started with ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) fjorgyn, so here is my first entry there:
EVENT HORIZON
 Event Horizon | [26 Feb 2003|10:19pm] | | [ | mood | | |  sore | ] | The movie, Event Horizon, is by far the most disturbing for me. I am a fan of anything in the horror/disturbing genre, but anything involving outer space and things that can actually happen to someone's body, fucks my day up. The scene where the kid locks himself in some chamber and then opens the outer door... the pressure makes his veins start to pop out in a very disgusting fashion and then his eyes begin to implode and he starts vomiting blood everywhere- it almost made me pass out. My face got all tingly and numb. It is the only movie I can think of that bothered me. I tried watching it years ago and walked away and last night I decided to watch the whole thing. Fuck that movie, but damn it was good.

Had to get this vodka because I love the bottle. Bought a bunch of mixers, too. When he said the price, it didn't dawn on me that it seemed ridiculously low. He bagged my stuff and put the vodka in a brown paper bag for me. Then when we got home, I had a delayed reaction to the price... wait a minute! I don't think he charged me for the vodka! Free vodka! Weee!
